Periods 1 and 2 Honors Geometry

Objective: Students will review and practice for the Quiz on Chap. 7-4 through 7-8 on Thursday. Following the warm up, students worked in small groups to complete the assignment, and then worked on their Portfolio Projects for Chapter 7. This is due FINAL on Monday May 26, 2010.
Assignment:: Text pp.409-412, # 1-31.
Homework: Back of the Warm Up.

Period 3 Pre-Calculus IB

Objective: Students will solve logarithmic and exponential equations, and solve by graphing in order to solve real-world problems. Following the warm Up many students had questions on the previous less. Mrs. Dennard retaught the properties of logarithms, and assigned 6 more for practice.
Assignment: Sullivan text p. 456,2,6,10,14,18,20.
Homework: pp 456-458, # 4-74 multiples of 4.
